While completing his degree, Brenden wrote for the University of Oregon chapter of Spoon University, a nationwide online food culture publication for college students based in New York City. During his time on the writing team he was the highest viewed writer in the Oregon chapter, with over 12,000 views produced and ten articles written, several of which were broadcasted on Spoon’s national platforms.
